My Home GP is currently recruiting for Call Centre staff for our Triage and Bookings team
My Home GP is a fast growing organisation in the Home Health Care space, we are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. The key attributes we are seeking in candidates are:

Hours of Work:
Shifts hours available Mon-Fri 4pm-8am (Overnight) All Weekend from 10am-8am Mon. All Day/Night Public Holidays.

(a) Undertake telephone answering, triage and appropriate response to phone calls
(b) Web patient submission are dealt with on the same day
(c) Deal with Doctors, Patients and Subscribed GP Practices
(d) Input data into Intracore and other MDS related technology system
(e) Provide input in improving call centre
(f) Maintain office filing system
(g) Participate in Accreditation Compliance
(h) Patient database
(i) Assist office administrator in Patient billing
(j) Attending internal and external training activities if requested
(k) Familiarise with the MHGP Practice Manual and agreed to comply with the procedures if that applies to you.
(l) Provide Intracore training to new and existing doctors if requested
(m) Deal with rejected Medicare claims and debtors balance list, if requested
(n) Use PKI individual and other system to obtain correct Medicare card numbers if needed
(o) Provide support to relationship manager if requested
(p) Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
(q) Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
(r) Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
